Winners of the 2018 Year in Infrastructure awards.
Winners to be chosen and announced at the 2019 Bentley Infrastructure Year Conference, taking place from October 21-24, in Singapore.
As ever, Bentley’s annual ‘Year in Infrastructure’ awards recognises exemplary work done by Bentley software users in the field of construction, operations, and infrastructure design worldwide.
For the 2019 series, a total of 54 candidates were chosen for the final round, from a pool of 571 nominations presented by more than 440 organisations in 60 nations. The decisions were made by 12 autonomous jury boards of subject matter experts.
Australian nominees GHD, Johnson Pilton Walker, Engenium, and Main Roads Western Australia.

The finalists for Year in Infrastructure 2019 Awards for going digital advancements in infrastructure include four Australian projects. These are:
Buildings and Campuses
Johnson Pilton Walker – 6 & 8 Parramatta Square – Sydney, New South Wales, Australia
Mining and Offshore Engineering
Engenium – Iron Ore Magnetic Separator Plant – Pilbara, Western Australia, Australia
Project Delivery
GHD – Enterprise Automation to create a CDE for every project – Brisbane, Queensland, Australia
Road and Rail Asset Performance
Main Roads Western Australia – Trafficmap Release Two – Perth, Western Australia, Australia
It’ll be interesting to see which of the 2019 finalists will take an award home from Singapore this year.
