Discover ‘GNSS Futures’ at IGS workshop 2016

The 2016 IGS workshop will be in Sydney, NSW, Australia, February 8-12 2016. The IGS workshop is the annual cornerstone event of the International GNSS Service and this year will be co-hosted by Geoscience Australia and the University of New South Wales.

IGS Workshop 2016 will be hosted at the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia and will feature a week of presentations, discussions, meetings and events.

The workshop will be looking towards our ‘GNSS Futures’, follow up on after last year’s workshop, which focused on the past 20 years of the IGS.

The five day program includes international keynote speakers and eight special focus plenary sessions, covering topics such as:

  • Multi-GNSS and associated biases
  • Orbit Modelling
  • ACC Results and Conventions
  • Real-time and formats
  • Ionosphere and Troposphere
  • Reference Frame
  • Infrastructure and calibration
  • Scientific uses of IGS data and products
