NGIS Australia will be running its Google Tech Boot Camp in Brisbane on Thursday, 3 April 2014, to complement QSIC’s Accessing Queensland’s Open Spatial Data Seminar being held on 2 April.
Google Tech Boot camps are collaborative technical experiences, lead by NGIS Australia’s senior GIS specialists, that aim to encourage innovative and thought-provoking discussion specific to each attendee’s applications and spatial systems.
According to NGIS Australia’s managing director, Paul Farrell, Google Tech Boot Camps have been sold out across the country.
“The NGIS Google Tech Boot Camp are really popular because they include hands on live demonstrations using Google Maps Engine and Google Maps API applications where attendees will learn how to publish their own data in real time,” said Paul Farrell.
The event will run from 1:00pm – 5:00pm on Thursday 3 April at 88 Creek Street, Brisbane, QLD. The cost is $295 + GST, and lunch and refreshments will be provided.
