The latest in the SIBA National Breakfast series has been announced as hitting Perth on 9th May 2014.

The breakfast will feature a presentation from Debra Goostrey, chief executive officer of UDIA (WA). Debra has held the position of CEO for the WA Branch of the Urban Development Institute of Australia, the peak body for the development industry since May 2007. After studying for a double degree in Public Administration & Information Science Debra has had a varied career representing the interests of private industry and held the key role of chief executive officer for Transport Forum prior to taking up the position at UDIA.

Debra will be presenting on getting the latest information on what is happening in the property industry as to help you to better position your company to reap the benefits of the current cycle.

This presentation will cover analysis of the current residential property market and the forecast going forward, changes to what is being developed, and some of the implications of the government’s drive to a denser Perth.  With data that has not yet been released to the public, you could be one of the first to know what the next six months holds for the residential property sector
