Sydney UAV lecture and panel discussion

The Royal Aeronautical Engineering Society will host a free event in Sydney on the uses of UAVs, which will consist of a lecture, followed by a discussion panel.

Salah Sukkarieh, professor of robotics and intelligent systems at the University of Sydney, will present on the topic ‘Research into applications for Robotic Aircraft.’

The Panel, which includes Salah Sukkarieh, John Young (principal at KTM Capital), KC Wong (University of Sydney), and Bob Germaine (Regional Development Australia), will discuss ‘UAVs – trends and opportunities.’

The free event will be held on 7 May 2014, at 8pm at the Mechanical Engineering Lecture Theatre, Mechanical Engineering Building, J07, Darlington Campus, University of Sydney, NSW.
