As of 31 July 2023, the latest iteration of NSW LRS Connect is live and replaces ePlan, ushering in a streamlined new plan preparation and lodgement process.

According to NSW Land Registry Services, NSW LRS Connect is intended to benefit all industry stakeholders, any of whom can sign up for access at any time.

As of the changeover date, ePlan will no longer be available for plan lodgement services — all plans will need to be lodged via LRS Connect.

Industry members should note that the ePlan phone number will be decommissioned and the ePlan email inbox (eplan@nswlrs.com.au) will be redirected to connect@nswlrs.com.au.

A range of resources is available to help professionals make the switch, including a list of readiness tasks (PDF) and recorded webinars.

For further assistance, contact NSW LRS Connect via connect@nswlrs.com.au or (02) 8776 3575.
