International Geoscience and Remote Sensing Symposium 2013

The International Geoscience and Remote Sensing Symposium will run in Melbourne from 22-26 July 2013
 
The theme is "Building a Sustainable Earth through Remote Sensing", and the conference has a strong technical program covering SAR, LiDAR, hyperspectral, optical, 3D, atmosphere, cryosphere, oceans, land, data management, semantic web and more. There will also be a range of workshops, tutorials and technical tours.
 
The call for invited sessions closed on 28 September. Authors will have the opportunity to submit abstracts and tutorial proposals when the call opens on 13 November (closing 11 December).
 
The organisers are expecting at least 1,500 delegates to come together at Melbourne's new, world class Convention Centre.
