The Survey and Spatial New Zealand 2021 Annual Conference will draw on the ability of individuals and teams to adapt to change, adversity and setbacks in the current environment.
The conference program will include presentations on rebuilding and improving the economy, with a focus on resilient mindsets to support our members while they navigate the challenges and changes ahead. By sharing concepts, ideas and knowledge, industry members have opportunities to help build back the survey and spatial sector.
The Future of Place Summit aims to be a day filled with critical discussion, knowledge sharing and networking around the intersection of people, place technology and data.
The event will focus on four themes:

Smart Cities Week offers sessions designed to bring demand and supply side stakeholders together in a way that incubates business opportunities and incubates the smart cities investment pipeline.
This year, the event will be delivered in conjunction with Digital Twin Week, known as the premier platform for showcasing, exchanging and networking around all things Digital Twin in the built and natural environment. The event will offer a series of opportunities to connect and gain information and insights on Digital Twin activity, policy and practice from government and industry leaders.

Held on behalf of GEBCO, this event draws global experts in ocean technology, science and policy to discuss deep and coastal ocean exploration, offshore surveying technology, policy, diversity, equity and inclusion, the Nippon Foundation-GEBCO Seabed 2030 project and GEBCO alumni activities.
