Chinese GNSS provider Tersus has upgraded their range of centimetre-accurate RTK kits with a high-end UHF solution.

Each of the three new kits — ‘HRS’ versions of their existing BX line — contains Tersus’ RS05R ruggedized UHF receivers for rovers, which operate on 410 and 470 MHz in either 12.5 or 25 kHz channels. The pricing indicates that these new offerings are essentially a free radio upgrade over the ‘standard’ BX line.

Tersus RTK boards have broad constellation support, receiving signals from GPS L1 and L2, GLONASS G1 and BDS B1 and B3. Tersus claims this level of compatibility can provide centimetre-level accuracy globally.

The full kits contain the RTK receivers, GNSS antennas, RS05R radio station modems, radio station antennas and related cables and converters.
