Nominations for the Queensland Spatial Excellence awards (QSEA) are to close 17 August 2015, and interested parties are invited to register to attend the Awards Gala Dinner on 12 September 2015.

The Queensland Spatial Excellence awards (QSEA) are open to any individual or organisation — private, public, academic or not for profit. The awards are held jointly by SIBA (Spatial Industries Business Association) and SSSI (Surveying and Spatial Sciences Institute).  Nominations are completed online and will close 17 August 2015.

The winners will be announced at the Gala Presentation Dinner, held at Dreamworld 12 September 2015. The event will begin with welcome drinks in main street with fire performers, pre-dinner drinks, canapes, and a tiger presentation on Dreamworld’s Tiger Island (pictured).  The awards will be presented in Billabong restaurant.

At the Gala Presentation Dinner, QSEA nominees will have the opportunity to partake in the Dreamworld Tiger Experience.
