NSW Land Registry Services’ annual customer survey is now open, with the agency calling for feedback from surveyors and other stakeholders across the industry.

NSW LRS says it has worked closely with surveyors, conveyancers and legal practitioners during the past year as the NSW property industry underwent a major digital transformation during COVID-19. Its achievements have included:

  • Partnering with industry to implement the state government’s reform to cease paper certificates of title and working closely with stakeholders to implement the shift to 100% eConveyancing in NSW
  • Launching the first stage of a new Online Portal, NSW LRS Connect, for the surveying industry.
  • New digital forms that reduce data duplication and requisitions for surveyors by validating information against the NSW land register.
  • Launching and facilitating electronic lodgement during the pandemic, and supporting and assisting customers with new procedures.

NSW LRS says that “Improving customer satisfaction in our information, procedures, products and user experience is a priority,” and that’s why it is conducting its new survey.

The survey will remain open until 12 November 2021, and can be found here.
