New Topcon reflectorless total stations

By on 16 August, 2011

Topcon Positioning Systems (TPS) has released a new range of reflectorless total stations, the GPT-3200NW series.

The GPT-3200NW series offers an array of new features, including enhanced non-prism measurement performance, improved user interface and increased onboard data collection capability.

The series includes two, three, five and seven arc-second models: GPT-3202NW, GPT3203NW, GPT-3205NW and GPT-3207NW.

The new GPT-3200NW series has an extended non-prism range, with the pulse EDM refined to measure distances up to 400m range without a reflector.

The standard onboard software, TopField and Road, increases efficiency in topographical data collection and construction layout, as well as road stake-out tasks.

A new 24-key alphanumeric keyboard allows for quick input of point numbers, codes, attributes and other necessary data.

In addition to the extended range, standard features include:
  • Class I/1M safe pulse laser EDM.
  • Laser pointer for NP measurement and layout.
  • Point guide for stake-out/layout.
  • Laser plummet for quick set-up.
  • Bluetooth wireless connectivity.
  • IP66 dust and water protection.
