By on 22 April, 2014

Two upcoming GITA events have been announced, including a free webinar.

The free webinar will be presented by Craig Omundsen, infrastructure asset management advisor, Strategic Technical Services, AECOM, and will be about ‘Embedding Customer Experience Management (CEM) within mobility strategies.’

In this presentation Craig will discuss how to use a varying technology to become a differentiated brand and to gain customer loyalty.

Differentiated brands are those that do what is expected of them and, to gain customer loyalty, do what they promise.

Craig will: discuss the technology to collect and analyse data to prioritise asset investment; talk about short and long term results of FSM & analysis technology improvement projects; and, present the process to determine the data to collect – to design your customers experience & create the environment for customer satisfaction.

Key topics include: Asset Management, technology use, planning and financial constraints (for affordability) for the people that use the service – the customers in the community.

The webinar will be held on Friday 2 May, 4 pm AEST.

The second announced event is a half-day seminar, which will be free to GITA members (there is a small fee for non-members), and hosted by Water Corporation, Leederville, Western Australia.

The theme of the seminar will be: ‘Business Solutions to improve the efficiency of field operations’.

The event will be held on 21 May 2014.

Further details for both of these events, including registration, are available at the GITA events page.
