
Bennett and Bennett Holdings has formally announced its group structure, under which sits a number of its subsidiary businesses.
The company says the move is an important step in the continued evolution of its business, which in toto has grown almost threefold over the last four years.
Under Bennett and Bennett Holdings sits all its of specialised subsidiary businesses and brands, such as Bennett + Bennett, Lion Systems, SurvaCAD, Kadastre, House Surveys, and Bennett and Bennett Corporate Services.
“This is a natural progression for our business. As we’ve grown, it’s become increasingly important to have a structure that supports both scale and specialisation,” said Mark Billsborough, Bennett and Bennett Managing Director.
“Bennett and Bennett Holdings gives us the foundation to continue building a stronger, more diversified business, while maintaining the quality and responsiveness our clients rely on.”
The company says that each of its businesses bring distinct capabilities within a connected and aligned structure, with the group structure model also ready to support future strategic partnerships and acquisitions.
In a statement, the company said that “a Holdings group enables us to better support growth, creating a clear framework to scale our operations, centralise support functions, strengthen governance, and invest in new and emerging opportunities”.
“Importantly it creates pathways for our people to grow within the group with stronger opportunities for progression, development, and recognition. This reinforces the culture that sits at the core of our success.”
Bennett and Bennett Holdings also says the evolution positions it to support investment in innovation, AI, and complementary capabilities.
“This structure reflects a well-considered and measured step in the evolution of the business,” said Chairman Grant Dearlove.
“It supports clarity, accountability, and disciplined oversight across the organisation to achieve our broader company ambitions.”
