6 June: 42157. Property File Digitisation. Southland District Council, New Zealand.

The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to identify potential approaches and the indicative costs of the digitisation of Council’s property records. It is expected that the vendor responses will be used by Southland District Council to understand the costs and methods available to them for the digitisation of Council’s property filing system as a part of developing a business case to gain approval and funding for the project.
