ParaZero, Delta Drone merge to form Delta Drone International

The new ‘drones as a service’ company will be headquartered in Adelaide.

Delta Drone International — formerly ParaZero — made the ASX announcement comes after a successful $5m raise and merger with Delta Drone South Africa.

Delta Drone is well established in South Africa in providing aerial surveying and mapping services, while ParaZero’s focus to date has been on an innovative automated parachute safety system for UAVs.

Material released by the new firm indicates they will position themselves as managing ‘everything in the air’ — safety, compliance, data and survey collation through drone activity and data turnaround.

Delta Drone International indicated they raised in excess of 15 percent of the maximum sought in the raise, will proceed with the acquisition of Delta Drone South Africa and relist on the ASX on December 22.
