MNG announces board reshuffle

MNG has appointed Erica Haddon as new non-executive director of its board, replacing Nicole Lockwood.

Ms. Haddon brings a broad background in Resources, Transport and Community Services with expertise in transformational change, according to the company’s announcement.

Scott Anderson, CEO and Managing Director of MNG, said: “Erica’s expansive history in strategic development and innovation will complement MNG’s vision to pursue continued technological advancement and embrace organisational culture across the business.”

Mr. Anderson thanked Ms. Lockwood for her leadership as chair of the MNG Board over the past four years, noting that she has been instrumental in the development of the company’s strategic plan throughout her tenure with MNG.

The MNG board now comprises of Erica Haddon (Chair/Non-Executive Director), Scott Anderson (CEO/Managing Director), Steve Maughan (Director), Stuart Torode (Director) and Alan Prudames (Non-Executive Director).
