New MDA Chief

MDA Information Systems has a new CEO for their Geospatial Division. Herb Satterlee, the new chief executive, previously served as president and CEO of Novariant where he oversaw a tripling of revenues in less than three years. He also served as chairman and CEO of DigitalGlobe where his tenure included the launch of QuickBird 2.
 
Satterlee holds a BA in Business Administration from Washington State University and an executive MBA from the University of Washington. He is a board member for the US Geospatial Intelligence Foundation.
