Australia’s leading provider of authoritative data and intelligent mapping solutions, MapData Services, has announced a Gold Partnership with Safe Software, with certified training to offer a powerful tool to share and transform data.

As a Gold Partner, MapData Services will offer FME, the leading spatial data transformation platform, to enable clients to connect, transform, and convert data from over 350 formats and applications, to freely move it between systems. Made by Safe Software, FME allows users to extract and share this data without coding, and to automate their workflows.

MapData Services General Manager and Certified FME Professional and Trainer Brett Madsen said FME is the latest product offered as part of the company’s extensive market of digital mapping solutions, products and services, bringing an unprecedented opportunity for companies to leverage data.

“Customers who previously hosted multiple platforms can integrate their data into one central hub, with the ability to produce reports, update datasets and notify users in real-time.”

“Partnering with Safe Software adds to our competitive advantage, not only can industries from government to telecommunications benefit from automated data processing, FME creates additional resources for any internal team by regularly delivering different format integration and notifying users when new data is available,” said Mr Madsen.

Sonia Hobbs, Director, Partner Programs at Safe Software, said the partnership with MapData Services will foster inventive thinking between the organisations.

“We are pleased to have MapData Services join our program as a Gold Partner. We look forward to the continued innovation that Brett Madsen and his team bring to FME projects in support of our mutual customers.”
