
Two International LiDAR events are calling for papers.
The European LiDAR Mapping Forum, to be held in Salzburg, Austria from November 29-30, 2011, will focus on the use of LIDAR to support transport, urban modelling, coastal zone mapping, asset management and GIS applications.
The technical committee have launched a call for papers, and authors wishing to submit a paper for the conference are requested to submit an abstract of no more than 250 words by visiting http://www.lidarmap.org/ELMF/conference/submit_papers.aspx
Deadline for submissions is July 25, 2011.
The International LiDAR Mapping Forum, to be held in Denver, Colorado, USA from January 23-25, 2012, will have three conference tracks on airborne, bathymetry and mobile mapping, and all the key technology suppliers exhibiting.
