Austech Surveying and Mapping Pty Ltd (ASM) has announced that it has entered into a reseller’s agreement with Renishaw Oceania, intended to strengthen product distribution and support collaborations between the two companies.

The partnership arrangement is aimed to help build and grow the market presence of Renishaw’s products in the Australian mining and quarry sectors. Under the agreement, Austech will distribute Renishaw’s Mining and Quarry Series of products such as Cavity Auto Scanning System, Void Scanner, and Quarryman & Boretrak Systems.

“We are pleased to have an opportunity to strengthen the strategic relationship,” Julia Reynolds, general manager of Austech Surveying and Mapping, said. “Understanding the Australian Mining industry and Mining and Quarry surveying technology over many years have allowed our team to better concentrate our efforts in best serving and supporting the customers.”

“The reseller arrangement with Austech is extremely valuable,” said Alastair Delooze, product manager for Renishaw Oceania’s SMD division. “Austech personnel have decades of technical knowledge in Renishaw’s products and industry experience. This helps us maximise the efficiency in reaching our customers and delivering products, training and support.”
