A free webinar in September will showcase how using Australia’s foundational location data at scale can empower businesses and government bodies.

Accurate and updated national foundational location data plays a pivotal role in our modern world. Integrating it with existing systems can empower decisions, improve consumer experience and boost efficiencies.

Geoscape has spent years developing a unique process that delivers accurate and up-to-date data. With more than 60,000 new addresses created every three months, this foundational data is being used by the private and public sectors across Australia.

The webinar will look at how foundational location data can streamline service delivery and transform crisis and emergency response. It will also look at specific cases where location data has been used to extract robust and actionable insights for the insurance sector.

The free webinar will take place from 11:00am to noon on Thursday, 15 September 2022.

The expert speakers will be:

Michael Dixon, Chief Data Officer, Geoscape Australia. With more than 20 years of hands-on experience in the geospatial industry, Dixon has led both technical and commercial teams and has a deep connection to national foundational geospatial datasets and related services.

Pravesh Ponna, Principal, Finity Consulting. Poona leads Finity’s geospatial practice and is heavily involved in helping companies use external data and geospatial insights for analytics and business strategy.
