Austrade is holding a series of webinars from late May until the end of June, outlining opportunities for involvement in the UK-Australia Space Bridge program.

There are to be eight webinars in the series, each held on separate days across the coming month and featuring a range of speakers. Each webinar will cover topics of specific interest to the industries present in each of Australia’s states and territories.

The Space Bridge Framework Arrangement was signed on February 23, 2021, and is supported by Austrade, the Australian Space Agency, the UK Department for International Trade and the UK Space Agency. The Agreement covers areas such as:

  • Government-to-government collaboration on space programs and technology
  • Trade and investment, including commercial contracts and collaboration
  • Research and education
  • Regulations

Full information on the webinars can be found on the Austrade website.
