Finnish 3D LiDAR software company, Terrasolid, has appointed 3D Laser Mapping as a specialist re-seller for the Australasian region.

Setting high standards for airborne and mobile LiDAR data and image processing, Terrasolid offers a complete range of software solutions for processing and viewing laser scanned data. 3D Laser Mapping is already working with Terrasolid supporting new and existing clients across the UK, and the appointment as Australian partner follows 3D Laser Mapping’s recent expansion in the region.

“3D Laser Mapping have proved to be a knowledgeable and professional partner in the UK, providing sales and frontline support for our growing international user base,” commented Mika Salolahti, business development manager at Terrasolid. “By opening a new office in Perth, Western Australia, 3D Laser Mapping has demonstrated a commitment to the region and we are proud to appoint them as our distributors.”

Ian Bramwell, General Manager for 3D Laser Mapping in Australia added, “Terrasolid software solutions is a natural addition to our laser scanning product portfolio and we are delighted to be able to support its continued global expansion. We have already organised a highly successful Terrasolid user conference, and hope to follow this up with additional events and training opportunities.”
