The purpose of this Request for Tender is to appoint two (2) panels of qualified and experienced legal entities to (i) provide land and property project management for land development (ii) provide surveying services for Council when required. The successful tenderers, who are appointed to the panels, may be requested to submit quotations for individual projects, as deemed necessary.

Design and delivery of Biodiversity Monitoring Program. The Program is to provide indicators and trends on the impact on biodiversity due to the Trusts activities in the Parkland.

20 November 2014: 324797; Regional Flood Mapping – Loddon River, Laanecoorie Reservoir to the River Murray. Victorian Department of Environment and Primary Industries.

The Department is seeking services for the provision of regional scale flood mapping for the Loddon River, Laanecoorie Reservoir to the River Murray. Outputs from this project will meet a range of business requirements. Outputs will be used to:

  • Define flood related controls in the Gannawarra Shire and Loddon Shire planning schemes.
  • Develop flood intelligence products and inform emergency response planning.
  • Assist in the preparation of community flood awareness and education products.
  • Support the assessment of flood risk for insurance purposes.
