Public Transport Victoria invites Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from suitably qualified organisations to undertake the role of Independent Reviewer for the High Capacity Metro Trains (HCMT) Project.

The HCMT Project is being conducted as a Public Private Partnership (PPP) in compliance with the State’s PPP guidelines. Consistent with the State’s PPP guidelines and precedent transactions of this size and type, an organisation is required to act as an Independent Reviewer to both the State and Project Co. The Independent Reviewer is therefore a critical and necessary component of the Project. The Independent Reviewer will be appointed by the State prior to Contract Close to perform pre-Contract Close services, and jointly engaged by the State and Project Co during the Delivery Phase of the HCMT Project.

This project proposes to relocate several clinical teams split across three different locations to potentially one or two locations. The relocation is required due to changes on the North Shore campus and will also allow the teams to work in partnership to meet the health needs of several populations. Waitemata DHB is inviting submissions from interested parties to provide Spatial Assessment and Design services for this facility at North Shore Hospital.

18 February: 17136556; The Micro-Economic Impact of Pricing Biological Emissions From Agriculture. Ministry for Primary Industries. New Zealand.

The purpose of this work is to take a ‘first principles’ look at the mitigation potential of the sector and the cost associated with achieving it. An important component is identifying by how much representative farmers are able to reduce their emissions and what doing so would cost them.

MPI is seeking to understand the following impacts:

  • Profit margins for different farmers;
  • Land use change in hectares;
  • Greenhouse gas emissions; and
  • Changes to nutrient losses to water
  • Above results are scalable to national aggregates.

Wyong Shire Council is seeking Tenders for a contract for professional engineering consultancy services for the detail investigation and design of the Mardi Dam to Warnervale Trunk Water Pipeline.

The purpose of the project is to increase bulk water transfers between Wyong Shire and Hunter Water Corporation to meet obligations in accordance with the Hunter Central Coast Pipeline Agreement; provide capacity for future growth within the northern distribution system of Wyong Shire; and provide a high pressure main to Warnervale Town Centre.

19 February: RMS.16.0000003111.0079; Request for Proposal for Port Macquarie-Hastings, Kempsey Shire & Greater Taree City Council Study Package. Transport New South Wales.

Proposals are invited to undertake studies and design aspects for boating development initiatives in the Mid-North Coast and Taree-Great Lakes regions. The package of works consists of four studies and their corresponding sites.

The objective of this package of works is to:

  • identify opportunities for provision of sustainable infrastructure that meets the needs of current and future populations,
  • maximising the utilisation and diversifying use of recreational boating assets,
  • develop concept plan options which will better service future recreational boating needs in accordance with the most relevant maritime guidelines and standards,
  • analyse and assess the current and future boating related activities,
  • identify and assess options to improve boating access,
  • conduct community consultation and stakeholder engagement activities, and
  • provide holistic view of boating infrastructure needs in identified study areas.
