Redland City Council is seeking a Contractor for the design, permit applications/lodgement and construction documentation for works at Junner Street, Dunwich, North Stradbroke Island.

Elements include but not limited to:

  • Geotechnical Investigation and report;
  • Permits & Applications review, report and document preparation for lodgement;
  • Final RPEQ Certified Construction drawings and documentation for:
  • Rock Armour Seawall;
  • Existing Carpark interim and ultimate Traffic Management; and
  • Associated electrical reticulation and public lighting.

Sydney Olympic Park Authority is seeking well credentialed developers to finance the purchase, development, construction, and marketing of a private hospital on Site 13.

An invitation for Expression of Interest (EOI) for pre-registration of prospective tenderers for a type of work or service. Applicants are initially evaluated against published selection criteria. RFT may then be invited from a panel of providers (as Selective, or Invited).

5 June: 127-2014-15; Support and Maintenance Services for Hydrological Forecasting System. Bureau of Meteorology, Australia.

The Bureau requires the services of a Contractor to support and maintain the Bureau’s Hydrological Forecasting System (HyFS) – a flood forecasting and warning system in accordance with Schedule 1 of the RFQ.

The HyFS Forecasting System will replace the current operational flood forecasting system (HyModel) over a period of six months in a phased manner beginning July 2015.

The resultant contract is expected to commence July 2015 for a 4 years period with 2 x 3 years extension options at the Bureau’s discretion.

9 June: DTIRIS15/290; Riparian and Aquatic Health Monitoring Project. Catchment Management Authority, New South Wales.

The successful contractor would be required to undertake the implementation of the Monitoring, Evaluation, Reporting and Improving approach (MERI) detailed in the Monitoring Outcomes from Murray Local Land Services Riparian Interventions: Plan and Year 1 Pilot (2015), developed by the Arthur Rylah Institute for Environmental Research.
