Coinciding with the SSSC 2013 conference, held last week at the National Convention Centre in Canberra, was the 2012 APSEA awards dinner.

The annual Asia-Pacific Spatial Excellence Awards are the only awards for the Asia-Pacific region that recognise, at the same event, the excellent achievements of both individuals and organisations engaged in the spatial information industry across the region.

The dinner also provided an evening for SSSC delegates to unwind after the busy conference, and celebrate the success of their industry peers.

There were 7 awards presented on the night, and the team at Position and Spatial Source offer their congratulations to the following winners.
