SimActive releases multispectral imagery update for Correlator3D

SimActive has announced the release of Correlator3D 8.2, which contains new processing capabilities for multispectral and infrared imagery.

The company says that the new release supports sensors the MicaSense RedEdge / Altum and Parrot Sequoia sensors, and offers automatic registration for infrared and multispectral images.

“There is a growing need for multispectral sensors in agricultural applications such as crop management”, said Louis Simard, CTO at SimActive. “The new version allows our users to profit from the multiple bands available, seamlessly.”

SimActive said that the new features facilitate much faster generation of multiband orthomosaics, DSMs and DTMs with perfect image co-registration.
