Property and Land Structures
In today's unstable political and financial world, land and property is becoming the most reliable and therefore most valuable asset. This leads to a spatial society, which is required to find increasingly accurate ways to define and portray these assets. But what is the difference between Land and Property and how do we get accurate information?

This one hour webinar gives an overview about the history of land in Australia and introduces the land structures you might encounter in Australia. It talks about property concepts, the new Rural and urban addressing standard (AS/NZ 4819:2011) and future projects like CPAS (Comprehensive Property Address System), which will help in achieving this quest.
