Taking place from 9-10 September ’19 in Launceston, Tasmania, the two-day event will showcase cutting-edge and inventive agriculture technologies.

The Society of Precision Agriculture Australia (SPAA) and the Precision Ag Lab (PAL) are hosting the event in Tasmania for the very first time.

Organisers say the event will highlight the innovative spirit of farmers, and the technical progress made by industry partners, investors and sponsors.

The Precision Agriculture Symposium offers a distinctive chance for all producers, vendors and utility suppliers of accuracy agricultural equipment to exhibit their products and facilities across a broad spectrum of agricultural industries.

The program is action-packed with presentations of recent research by major universities and government agencies in Australia, and real-world experiences astold by farmers from a range of sectors.

Topics range from ‘Remote sensing for crop yield forecasting’ to ‘GNSS for horticulture’.
