Pitney Bowes Business Insight (PBBI) is offering free access to its technical support specialists and consultants, as well as its software and on-demand web services, for customers involved with the Queensland flood recovery effort.

PBBI says its multi-channel communication service can help clients to co-ordinate communication campaigns, so that the right messages are communicated to the right people in the recovery process.

And the MapInfo mapping services will help clients update the community with easily accessible information on their website, or to quickly share critical mapping information to with other authorities or contractors.

“We specifically recognise the importance of being able to deliver effective and relevant communications to the community quickly,” says PBBI in a statement.

“As such, we would like to offer the use of our multi-channel communications services and MapInfo web mapping services.”
