Topcon Positioning Systems (TPS) has introduced a new series of total stations, known as the GTS-240NW.

The new series features Topcon’s onboard TopField and Road software, for topo data collection and construction layout, and road stake-out tasks.

The GTS-240NW allows for data collection and layout work without using an external controller or PC, but also provides Bluetooth wireless connectivity for those that prefer to use a field controller.

Other features include a 24-key alphanumeric keypad, 2.5” highest telescope resolving power, a point guide for stake-out/layout, a laser plummet for quick set-up, IP66 dust and water protection rating, and a 10-hour battery operation.

For more information in Australia, contact Topcon Positioning Systems, on 1800 TOPCON (1800 867 266) or info@topconpositioning.com, or visit www.topconpositioning.com
