This Presentation will cover:
• Recent Cadastral Law Court cases from James Wards' 2010 Thesis, UNSW
• Cadastral Law cases encountered in modern survey practice
 

In 2010 a number of Michael Green’s students from UNSW completed thesis topics that focussed on Cadastral or Land Development topics. These included two theses in particular, one of which looked at 10 different Cadastral Law Cases and the other compared Strata Titles in NSW with those from other states or countries. This presentation will look at the material gathered by James Wards, on Cadastral Cases.
