CR Kennedy will be the sole distributor for MineOps survey software in Australia.

The newly-minted deal will see CR Kennedy exclusively distribute and support MineOps’ survey product, whilst also holding rights to distribute the MineOps drilling software suite.

The MineOps packages are designed to interface between the office and the face, leveraging increasingly WiFi-connected mines to provide a common platform for data-sharing that can be accessed by all stakeholders. Workers benefit from being able to access designs, progress data and variables during their shift.

CR Kennedy has indicated that it will pair the MineOps survey package with the Android-based Leica Zeno Tab 2 tablet, after testing at a number of mine sites in Western Australia.

Support for the product will be offered through MineOps, with sales for the software and tablet package expected to begin within weeks.
