UAV inspection

The uptake of commercial UAVs for surveying, scanning and aerial photography has significantly increased as numerous industries realise the potential of drones to help improve acquisition and quality of data, safety, and cost effectiveness.

The importance of more frequent updates to imaging and data is becoming more fundamental to all organisations’ competitiveness and bottom-lines. Up-to-date geographical imagery can help minimise errors, equipment failure, construction project faults and wastage or inefficiencies of operations.

As such, FSM Australia has announced a cross-industry Commercial UAVs event to discuss the following key opportunities and challenges:

  • Fully leveraging UAVs through effective integration
  • Complying with current training and certification frameworks
  • Effective collection, collation and use of data

The event will include:

  • Case studies and best practice examples from across a range of diverse organisations
  • Interactive discussions including expert led panels and roundtables
  • Presence of prospective providers
  • Networking opportunities
  • Interactive workshops to help you work through the most pressing challenges and develop key strategies you can implement back on the job

The cross-industry event will be attended by professionals in charge of commercial UAV projects across many industries including: mining; civil construction; defence & border security; energy transmission and distribution; water; agriculture; oil & gas; energy services; telecommunication; engineering firms; and more.
