Locate14 call for abstracts

Locate14 is the new national spatial information conference and exhibition in Australia and New Zealand. Locate14 consolidates the top industry events including spatial@gov (managed by the Office of Spatial Policy), the Surveying and Spatial Sciences Conference, and the Asia-Pacific Spatial Excellence Awards. The Conference will be held at the National Convention Centre in Canberra from 7-9 April 2014.

The call for abstracts is now open, with themes including:

  • Locating the Digital Economy
  • Innovative Technologies
  • Spatial (Smart) Cities
  • National Security
  • Think Spatially (Spatial for a Non-Spatial World)
  • The Changing Landscape of Surveying

Abstracts can be submitted via the Locate Conference website and close on Friday 10 January 2014.

Australasian Spatial Information Education and Research Association (ASIERA) are managing a peer reviewed, academic stream, and submissions for these must be lodged at the ASIERA website.
