5 April: Independent Expert Review Panel, Geotechnically Sensitive Land; Hills Shire Council, NSW. Council is seeking expressions of interest from experts in the fields of landslides, soil and rock mechanics, slope stability, stabilisation and residential development interested in joining its independent expert review panel. The Panel consists of experts, from which 1–3 are selected on a rotational basis as required, to peer review applications for development on geotechnically sensitive land.

11 April: Spatial Framework for the Christchurch Innovation Precinct; Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment, NZ. MBIE is seeking tenders for the preparation of a high level spatial framework for the development of the Christchurch Innovation Precinct, which is provided for in the recovery plan. The framework will enable government to facilitate development of the precinct by clarifying the urban form and design principles, and developing a design concept to inform more detailed master planning.
