Well-known geospatial industry professional, Rob Clout, has been appointed by Stantec as its geospatial growth and advisory lead for Australia.

Clout will be responsible for growing the company’s geospatial advisory and GIS-related services.

“Spatial data underpins many of the decisions that shape our communities—from how we plan and move, to how we respond to change,” said Stantec’s Director Digital Technology for Asia Pacific, Louisa Bloomer.

“Rob’s ability to bridge technical capability with practical delivery will help our clients make faster, evidence-based decisions and embed spatial intelligence into the projects and assets that matter most.”

Clout comes to the role with more than 25 years’ experience working in spatial data, GIS and digital engineering.
