LOCATE exhibitor, sponsor prospectus available

By on 5 February, 2026

Momentum is building for the LOCATE26 conference and exhibition, as the event is now less than 10 months away.

LOCATE26 will be held at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre from 24 to 26 November. This will be the first time the conference will have been held in Melbourne since 2019.

Organisers expect at least 1,000 people to attend, making it a not-to-be-missed opportunity for companies and organisations to promote their products and solutions to a prime audience at Australia’s premiere annual geospatial event.

With that mind, the organisers have put out a call for those interested in exhibiting at, or sponsoring, the event, to get in touch via email to receive a copy of the official prospectus, which details all the options available.

Interested parties are being encouraged to get in early to secure their preferred spots.

Continuity with previous events is assured, as LOCATE26 sees Alicia Smith, Director of Will Organise, remaining in the role of professional conference organiser. Smith and her team are highly respected and well known to all previous LOCATE speakers, sponsors and exhibitors.

It should also be noted that LOCATE26 will be held in conjunction with the 2026 Digital Earth Summit, a major annual global conference of the International Society for Digital Earth (ISDE).

This will be the second time LOCATE will have been held in association with the ISDE Summit, following the highly successful event that took place in Sydney in 2017.

LOCATE is owned and operated by Geospatial Media & Events, a division of The Intermedia Group that also owns Spatial Source.
