5 unique ways to survey better

By on 29 March, 2012

Topcon has released two new reflectorless total stations that deliver never before seen functionality. The ES and OS series are unique because:

  • They can survey dark and wet surfaces at long range – bitumen roads, shadows and coal surfaces are accurate in these situations at a range of 500 metres
  • The ES and OS series have a narrow beam that lets you survey to tight corners and narrow objects with ease

  • You can survey from the pole without using radios – the ES and OS series come with Topcon’s patented LongLink technology, which allows you to work 300 metres away from the total station with a Bluetooth enabled data collector
  • Their EDM rate leaves the competition behind at 0.9 seconds up to 500 metres in reflectorless mode and 4 km in standard mode!
  • You can get updates in the field and world first security with Topcon TS Shield. Download software and firmware updates directly using WLAN connection and protect your investment with the ability to track and lock your equipment if it is lost or stolen.
