Surveying Competition Winner goes to Vegas

By on 22 June, 2010

Undergraduate students are invited to enter Trimble’s 2010 Surveying Student Competition. The prize includes a trip to the company’s Dimensions conference in Las Vegas, 8-10 November, where they will have the opportunity to present their winning paper.

The winner’s school also benefits, as the company will donate a Trimble R8 GNSS, which is valued at around $34,000, to the winning student’s educational institution.

To enter, students need to provide a paper that describes an application of Trimble survey equipment by 15 August. Participants need to be undergraduate students during the 2010 calendar year.

The winner will be announced 22 September. Visit the conference website http://www.trimbledimensions.com/StudentPaperPromotion/ for further information.
