PNT2026 conference less than three weeks away

Sydney’s PNT2026 conference, the biennial positioning, navigation and timing event, is now less than three weeks away.

PNT2026 will be held at the conference centre at Royal Randwick racecourse in Sydney’s eastern suburbs, from 4 to 6 February.

The gathering is expected to attract hundreds of PNT experts from across Australian and around the world, for three days of presentations, discussions, analysis and networking.

Headlining the conference will be keynote addresses from senior local and overseas figures:

  • Lieutenant General Susan Coyle AM CSC DSM, Chief of Joint Capabilities, Australian Defence Force
  • Professor Zak Kassas, TRC Endowed Chair in Intelligent Transportation Systems, The Ohio State University

  • Chris Shaw, CEO and co-founder, Advanced Navigation
  • Dr Alison Brown, President and Chief Executive Officer, NAVSYS Corporation

PNT2026 is an event of the Australian Institute of Navigation, which in 2025 merged with the Australia-based International Global Navigation Satellite Systems Association.
