The 54th Photogrammetric Week (PhoWo'13) will be held in Stuttgart, Germany, on September 09-13, 2013.
As discussed at PhoWo'11, photogrammetry delivers high-resolution point clouds, and there are complementary aspects between laser scanning (from air, static and mobile) and image-based point cloud generation. As such, PhoWo’13 will discuss the next challenge: "From High Definition Point Clouds to 3D Virtual Reality Models".
Every Photogrammetric Week event is a single-track symposium with carefully selected and internationally acknowledged keynote and invited speakers in the mornings, and hands-on demonstrations of the Open PhoWo Partners in the afternoons.
Every night (except Wednesday) there is a social program without extra costs – all is included in the reasonable PhoWo fee – which has remained the same over the last couple of years.
