To ensure you get the best possible results, please ensure that your company name, contact details, address and website URL etc are all current.

What if I can’t log in? Sometimes, the person within your company who created your listing will have moved on and their log-in admin email address will no longer be valid. This will prevent you from logging in. If this is the case, please email us at jnally@intermedia.com.au and we’ll help you.

To that end, when creating or updating your listing, please ensure that the log-in admin email address you enter will remain always remain current — we suggest you use something generic, such as info@companyname.com.au or marketing@companyname.com.au.

Please note that your listing’s public-facing contact email address and the log-in admin email address, are two different things. Please choose a secure email address for your log-in admin.
