By on 30 November, 2010

IT supplier Fujitsu Indonesia will supply Intergraph’s technologies to the security, defence, intelligence, transportation, photogrammetry, utilities and communications sectors in south-east Asia.

Fujitsu Indonesia will market, distribute and implement Intergraph’s security, government and infrastructure (SG&I) solutions in south-east Asia.

Intergraph believes there is growing demand for innovative geospatial technology in the south east Asian market – particularly in the public safety and security industry – as the region continues to grow.

The earthquake and tsunami threats in the region also make geospatial solutions invaluable to governments.

Achmad Sofwan, chief operating officer of Fujitsu Indonesia said he looked forward to the partnership.

“With Intergraph’s expertise as the leading provider of public safety and security software worldwide, we will be able to meet the challenges faced by governments and businesses in south east Asia and provide integrated, end-to-end public safety and security solutions,” he said.
