Abstract submission deadline for regional geospatial mega-conference now extended to December 22.

In case you hadn’t heard, the region’s two key geospatial conferences are combining forces for an extravaganza in Adelaide this coming April — and you can still participate by proposing a presentation.

Confirmed speakers include the likes of Ed Parsons, Geospatial Technologist at Google UK; Jerry Johnson, Specialist Leader at Deloitte USA; Peter Worthington Eyre, Chief Data Officer for South Australia, and Flavia Tata Nardini, CEO of Fleet Space.

The organisers have now extended the submission deadlines to December 22, and abstracts for presentations are being sought on the following topics:

  • Big data
  • IoT
  • Drones
  • GIS technology
  • Surveying

  • Building Information Modeling (BIM)
  • Emerging technologies.

Attendees will get an opportunity to interact with business leaders, learn about latest technology advances, and presenters will enjoy a fitting platform to showcase their work for an international and local audience comprising the cream of the regional spatial industry.
