It is anticipated that over 500 surveyors across Asia Pacific region will attend this international congress and this will include surveyors from across SE Asia, The Pacific, Australia and New Zealand. The conference will focus on how surveying remains relevant to the needs of society through working collaboratively to meet the future technical, social and environmental challenges in digitally connected surroundings.
This is the first time since Fremantle in 1999, that Australia has hosted a joint international congress with the ASEAN Flag Surveying nations. We are aiming to provide a collaborative forum where professionals from the various disciplines can share ideas and further their knowledge especially in the areas where there is integration, synergy and shared vision. In order to develop and deliver content that is relevant and of benefit and interest to delegates we are seeking 3-4 ‘hot’ or highly relevant topics from you that we can consider for inclusion in the program.
We also welcome your ideas for technical topics that integrate our various disciplines and /or themes for workshops or forums; think different – fusion of disruptive technologies, creative solutions, breakthrough innovation, and cross-disciplinary collaboration and learning.
