DGI is the only large-scale annual meeting in Europe for military, civilian and industry geospatial intelligence leaders. More than 550 geospatial intelligence professionals from 40 nations attend DGI each year to identify trends, network and test the latest services and technology in Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT), Imagery Intelligence (IMINT), Open Source Intelligence (OSINT), Social Media Intelligence (SOCMINT) and CYBINT (Cyber Intelligence).
Providing you with new ways to collect, integrate, manage, analyse and share your geospatial data in an increasingly complex security environment, DGI is the must-attend event in Europe for everyone involved in geospatial intelligence for public safety and national and global security.

Geospatial World Forum (GWF) is a geospatial business cum technical event, happening since the past decade, highlighting the value and power of geospatial technology as an enabler in addressing global economic and socio-economic issues. It is one of the ‘must-attend’ events for geospatial professionals, featuring large-scale conference and exhibition, top-ranked keynote speakers, major industry segments, high-level discussion programmes and various social networking events.
Started in 2007 in India, the conference has travelled to Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Geneva and Lisbon in the past years. This year, Geospatial World Forum will be organised in Hyderabad International Convention Centre on 23-25 January 2017 with the theme “Geospatial + Deep Learning: Shaping Smarter World”. The forum shall take a glimpse into the future of geospatial industry, where artificial intelligence and deep learning will be driving geospatial data exploration, analytics and visualisation helping us derive meaningful insights for a smarter world.
The conference targets high profile delegates from global geospatial community, policy makers, academia, researchers, technology providers, solution providers, and end-user segments across industries, regions and communities. The forum is co-hosted by Survey of India and Indian Space Research Organisation, giving it great governmental leverage and support.

Since 2000 the Institution of Surveyors New South Wales (ISNSW) has satisfied the need to provide members with an opportunity to attain their Continuing Professional Development (CPD) points from a single event. Remotely located members were having difficulty in gaining the necessary number of points, with working life becoming busier and more demanding.
Returning in 2017 to Sydney, the Australia Day Seminar is a two day CPD event aimed to ensure the Institution continues to offer a quality, value for money education and networking experience.
KEYNOTE SPEAKER: Nadine Champion
Nadine is an inspiring speaker with an inspiring story. She uses her unique ’10 seconds of courage’ approach to help people find strength in all that they do. As she finished her Sydney TEDx speech a packed Sydney Opera House audience rose to their feet in unison to applaud an outstanding performance from a very natural and gifted communicator.

It is becoming increasingly clear that the world is changing faster than our institutions are able to respond. More broadly, this implies that planning practices rooted in the twentieth century may no longer be adequate to address twenty-first-century problems. If we are to build smart, livable, and resilient communities, we need to reexamine our assumptions and reboot our thinking about what it means to plan for a rapidly evolving world.

The aim of UAS4RS 2017 is to bring together the UAS community in Australia, and to present and discuss UAS technology for remote sensing applications and information extraction.
This conference is for you if:
- You’re a ‘doer’: you already use UAS as part of your remote sensing workflow and would like to share your experiences and challenges.
- You’re a ‘dabbler” you’ve done some testing and think this technology might be the way forward for you.
- You’re a ‘would-be dabbler’: you’ve heard the hype and you’re curious to know more.
Organisers are designing an interactive and engaging program and linking with UAS researchers, developers, systems and service providers, as well as end-users.
There will be presentations, posters, exhibitions, live demonstrations, and discussions to exchange ideas on the use of UAS for remote sensing applications.
