Directions LIVE Series @ Touring Australian Cities 17-31 May

ArcGIS enthusiasts take note: Esri Australia has announced an expanded program for its 2016 ArcGIS roadshow, Directions LIVE – with each event jam-packed with new technology updates, fascinating user presentations and never-before-heard tips and tricks.

This year, the free national seminar series – which travels around the country during the last two weeks of May – will offer you greater technical insights into the latest ArcGIS platform improvements.

You will see how Web GIS is evolving and transforming the way organisations share information, and gain more knowledge on 3D and real-time data, and how it can revolutionise workflows.

The tips and tricks sessions featured at the event have also been extended – providing a greater opportunity to learn about the benefits of organisational GIS portals and how cutting-edge cartography can help convey a clearer message when communicating with stakeholders and clients.

Every city will feature at least two user presentations from some true industry leaders, including IBM, Treasury Wine Estates, Queensland Urban Utilities and VicRoads.

There is also a new addition to the program – ArcSoapbox – which provides bite-sized technical presentations, guaranteed to keep you stimulated during the breaks.

Whether you’re an experienced ArcGIS user or have only just started taking advantage of the platform, Directions LIVE promises to provide valuable, actionable learnings and a unique networking opportunity.
